The Rat Tailed radish is an heirloom from the radish family although distinctly different. The pods come on prolifically and are reminiscent of beans. The flavor is mild and and is equally suited to fresh use, stir-fries and pickling. An interesting and easy to grow plant that will provide a very healthy yield. Pick often and pick young as the older pods can become woody.
